What you will do

• Lead and own end-to-end new product introduction program execution and product lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans balancing technical and operational complexities.
• Drive program schedules and product readiness activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage escalations and facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional activities as the primary global NPI program contact.
• Identify and implement operational and process improvements across workflows.

Requirements

• Based in the United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management with proven success managing complex cross-functional NPI programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical background or familiarity with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and quality processes.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver results.
