What you will do

  • Support basic R&S equipment with the application and support team.
  • Provide product application support including technical support hotline, customer visits & training.
  • Help Sales and Business Development teams bridge application knowledge and adapt products into market-oriented solutions.
  • Develop product applications and generate application notes to benefit internal teams and customers.
  • Analyze and provide customized solutions for customers to integrate R&S products.
  • Verify product issues reported by Sales & Application Team and escalate if necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing technical support and customer training.
  • Ability to develop product applications and generate application notes.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
