What you will do

• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for roaming and OCPI-related issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues with partners and internal teams.
• Onboard new roaming partners via OCPI APIs.
• Collaborate with support, sales, product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure smooth integration and communication.
• Build training materials and act as escalation point for customer experience team.
• Manage partner relationships and clearing house administration tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years B2B experience in engineering, technical support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, automotive, energy, or CleanTech.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages like German or French are a plus.
• Experience with software tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Kibana, Postman, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL) and software systems.
• Partner and customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
