What you will do
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementation for strategic customers
- Develop and execute business plans to drive adoption of solutions
- Represent customer voice across Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
Requirements
- Must have at least 8 years of account management experience in technology
- Strong technical knowledge of contact center technologies including dialers, ACDs, IVRs, CRMs, WFM, and QA systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage at executive and C-level
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
- Self-directed and motivated with ability to travel up to 50%
- Work location: Remote within US or hybrid if within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA
