Location: Remote within the United States with hybrid option for candidates within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA

Salary: $129,010 - $199,990 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and successful implementation for strategic customers
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive adoption of hirify.global solutions
  • Represent customer voice across Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product teams
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time

Requirements

  • Must have at least 8 years of account management experience in technology
  • Strong technical knowledge of contact center technologies including dialers, ACDs, IVRs, CRMs, WFM, and QA systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage at executive and C-level
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
  • Self-directed and motivated with ability to travel up to 50%
  • Work location: Remote within US or hybrid if within 50 miles of San Ramon, CA
