What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and set technical direction to guide the team in producing hirify.global's platforms.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure that engineering projects align with business goals and user needs.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• High motivation and willingness to drive the team forward to higher engineering standards.
• Exhibits high skill level in coding and software design.
• Expertise with cloud-based technologies AWS/Azure and expertise with Cloud-native methodologies and design.
• Professional experience in writing code in one of the following languages: Java, C#, PHP, and availability to switch to GO.
• Solid understanding of development process with strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Strong OOP experience, patterns and best practices and knowledge with Angular.
