What you will do
- Own all customer relationships throughout the contract.
- Represent the voice of the customer to the engineering team.
- Ensure full user adoption and long-term relationships.
- Develop case studies and success stories.
- Travel approximately 60% of the time.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in customer support for technical software solutions.
- Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or military preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
