Account Executive, Mid-Market (Martech): Driving growth and managing client relationships for a leading customer engagement solution with an accent on upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Focus on building strong partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Location: Hybrid role, two days a week in London office

What you will do
- Own the entire new business sales process within your territory, from prospecting to close
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to achieve upsell and cross-sell goals
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Lead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos focused on driving value for the customer
- Collaborate with partners and attend industry conferences to network and generate opportunities
Requirements
- 4+ years of software sales or account management experience
- Knowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerations
- Demonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quota
- Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, and/or messaging a major plus
- Incredible attention to detail
- Bonus points if you speak/write fluently additional languages
