• Develop code against Rails 7
• Build reusable tasks to reduce engineering workload
• Assist onboarding of new clients and solve escalations
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
• Write specs for automated coverage of your code
• Code review other developers' changes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering using Ruby on Rails
• Solid understanding of software design patterns
• Good decision-making skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred
