International Expansion Manager

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and execution of the global expansion roadmap, primarily focusing on scaling presence in the United States.
• Run deep market assessments across multiple countries, build strategic roadmaps for new market launches, and monitor local competitors.
• Own the user experience for international users, partnering with Product and Tech teams to ensure the product adapts to local specifics.
• Partner with local commercial teams to secure the right partners and ensure hirify.global has strong visibility in local affiliate ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Growth teams to shape local acquisition strategies, adapt messaging, and contribute to building a repeatable playbook.
• Design scalable processes for internal teams to operate in a multi-country mode and track geographical performance, surfacing actionable insights.

Requirements

• Education: Graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or analytical program.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced environments in project management roles.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, tech-driven curiosity, and a global mindset.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration skills, operating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Be an operational doer with an entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit, taking full ownership of projects.
• Exhibit clear and structured communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
