What you will do
- Define and execute partner go-to-market plans for the European enterprise market.
- Identify, recruit, and enable high-impact partners including system integrators and cloud providers.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
- Drive joint pipeline generation and co-selling initiatives aligned with enterprise needs.
- Manage business planning, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Advocate for partners internally and evangelize ’s AI vision at industry events.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work on-site in London, United Kingdom.
- 8+ years experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in tech, preferably AI or cloud.
- Deep understanding of the European enterprise market and regulatory environment.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Fluency in English; additional European language (German or French) is a plus.
