What you will do

• Upgrade existing distributed systems to become sharded and geo-redundant.
• Advance deployment, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure for a multi-region environment.
• Manage petabyte scale bare metal compute clusters.
• Collaborate with engineers to create scalable and maintainable products.
• Engage in the software development lifecycle from inception to deployment.
• Focus on performance bottlenecks and improvement techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 5 years of software development experience; or 7+ years of experience in site reliability or DevOps.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
