Manager Mid-Market Sales (DACH): Leading and developing the Mid-Market Sales team in the DACH region to grow brand partnerships and revenue. With an accent on sales strategy, team leadership, and market expansion. Focus on building a strong sales culture, coaching teams, and driving scalable growth in a hybrid work environment based in Amsterdam.
Location: Must be based in Amsterdam and work onsite 3 days per week

What you will do
- Define and implement sales strategy and tactics for Mid-Market clients in the DACH region.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and foster a strong sales culture.
- Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to support sales efforts and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to align on strategy, product feedback, and financial targets.
- Represent at key industry events in the DACH market.
- Drive scale and growth across international Mid-Market sales through collaboration with leadership teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Amsterdam and work onsite 3 days per week.
- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales with proven success in building scaled business and exceeding targets.
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams with a passion for inclusive culture.
- Deep understanding of the DACH Mid-Market sales channel.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong sales rigor, pipeline management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
