What you will do

• Design and prototype AI product interfaces tailored for federal government and enterprise partners in secure, compliance-heavy environments.
• Translate user needs, model research, and government requirements into clear product directions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with research teams to specify and evaluate model behavior and benchmark designs for performance and security.
• Enhance user experiences through iterative design, prompt tuning, and interface refinements focused on secure deployment.
• Build internal design tools and refine design guidelines based on government and enterprise feedback.

Requirements

• Active U.S. security clearance (e.g., Top Secret, Top Secret SCI) is required.
• 6+ years of design experience in high-reliability or security-focused environments.
• Proven experience working with government agencies, DoD, or federal contractors on AI or software projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience documenting design solutions.
• Strong understanding of secure design principles and user experience in regulated contexts.
• Experience implementing AI or machine learning interfaces with APIs, back-end systems, and front-end prototypes.

• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI-driven designs in regulated or high-stakes contexts.
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals and production-ready AI deployments.
• Familiarity with secure design tools and cloud-based government environments.
