What you will do

• Build and run hiring strategies for KSA, leveraging market knowledge and networks including SAMA partnerships.
• Streamline hiring processes and tools to improve efficiency and track key metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and ensure a respectful candidate experience.
• Provide leadership and coaching to a TA associate to build team capability.
• Own data tracking and reporting to influence hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Arabic with strong knowledge of the Saudi talent market.
• Experience working with SAMA and other regulators.
• Proven ability to lead employer branding initiatives such as events, job fairs, and university partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with metrics and mentoring junior team members.
