What you will do

• Build well-architected, performant full-stack software solutions minimizing complexity.
• Develop and improve software supporting Starship quality processes and standards.
• Own software engineering lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Build and Flight Reliability Engineers to identify critical project scope.
• Propose improvements to quality processes through software innovations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science discipline with 1+ years professional software development experience, or 3+ years without degree.
• Experience in C#.NET, Java, Python, or similar languages and full-stack application development.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Angular or React, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Understanding of continuous integration, deployment, testing, and application performance profiling.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends depending on launch cadence.
