What you will do

• Collaborate in a small, agile team to deliver secure, regulated projects.
• Design and prototype interfaces for hirify.global products and secure platforms.
• Enhance user experiences through iterative design and prompt tuning.
• Analyze user feedback to ensure reliability in mission-critical workflows.
• Build internal design tooling to streamline workflows in secure environments.
• Refine design guidelines based on government feedback.

Requirements

• Active U.S. security clearance (e.g., Top Secret).
• 6+ years of design experience in high reliability or security environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven experience implementing AI interfaces with APIs and front-end prototypes.
• Strong understanding of secure design principles.
• Robust design background in Interaction Design or related fields.

• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI-driven designs.
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• History of deploying AI-enhanced designs in secure environments.
