• Manage the full lifecycle of major gift development.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Represent IRC at philanthropic and industry events.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in resource mobilization or philanthropic partnerships.
• Access to networks of high-net-worth philanthropists, particularly in tech.
• Proven track record of managing complex gift cycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in global nonprofit or humanitarian contexts.
