Location: Must come to the office two days a week, and the remaining three are free to be worked in either location

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership, guide complex discussions, and facilitate team alignment.
• Champion a culture of continuous innovation, growth, and collaboration by mentoring and leading by example.
• Turn short-term R&D projects into real-world impact by vetting new tech, potential suppliers and product opportunities.
• Design web and automotive client integrations that surface the AI capabilities in customer-facing products.
• Elevate the technical capabilities of the team, including AI infrastructure, agent evaluations, LLM monitoring, fine-tuning, prompt engineering and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience: 7+ years in Software Engineering roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency and leadership in developing and deploying algorithms to solve practical challenges.
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and common GenAI frameworks, standards and libraries.
• Familiarity with large-scale systems and tools.
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, different types of APIs, data processing tools, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
