What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences for onboarding, deposits, investing, reporting, and portfolio flows
• Translate financial and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive user journeys
• Maintain consistent quality and platform-appropriate behavior across mobile and web
• Run discovery activities including problem framing, prototyping, and validation using behavioral data
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, competitor analyses, and contribute to A/B testing
• Produce flows, wireframes, UI designs, interactive prototypes, and design system documentation

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience as a UX Designer delivering end-to-end features
• Proficiency with Figma, UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, mobile and web design
• Ability to run usability tests, synthesize insights, and improve flows based on data
• Strong communication skills with designers, PMs, engineers, and compliance partners

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries and multi-market design
• Background in motion design, advanced prototyping, dashboards/data visualization, A/B testing
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Workshop facilitation or structured discovery experience
