Salary: $160,000–$240,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Design and develop clean, performant features for fantasy sports and sports betting products.
• Collaborate with product, design, and client engineers to deliver transformative products.
• Advocate and implement best development practices and scalable architectures.
• Participate in technical decision-making and mentor team members.
• Work in a high-agency environment with equity participation.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of software development experience including 1+ year as senior engineer
• At least 2 years of deep Ruby on Rails experience
• Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS, and modern DevOps tooling
• Strong SQL, observability, and API design skills
• Experience scaling distributed systems and optimizing performance
• Must be located in the United States for remote work

Nice to have

• Experience in fantasy sports or sports betting
• Experience with high traffic, low latency systems
• Experience working in rapidly growing companies
