What you will do

• Lead project execution ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality expectations
• Define and prioritize deliverables and schedules with leadership and external teams
• Manage relationships with external development teams and verify project deliverables
• Coordinate with localization, QA, and publishing teams to ensure project readiness and marketing alignment
• Communicate changes and align stakeholders on project priorities and timelines
• Collaborate closely with mobile director on strategic project goals

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of game production experience, including multiple mobile titles
• Experience managing end-to-end production and live operations from concept to launch
• Strong knowledge of production methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with proactive communication and organization
• Collaborative, hands-on team player with cross-disciplinary experience in design, production, and development
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Montreal or other hirify.global offices (Rockville, Austin, Dallas)
