What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to execute QA strategy and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to align on quality expectations.
• Conduct risk analysis and perform hands-on technical QA across multiple platforms.
• Ensure timely milestone verification and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Support team members with technical guidance and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies and optimize testing efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in programming or scripting, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
