Location: Hybrid with in-person participation required in India

What you will do
- Originate and expand relationships with VIP clients and high-volume crypto traders primarily in India.
- Design and execute targeted sales strategies to grow derivatives trading revenue.
- Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and account management.
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with disciplined tracking and reporting.
- Represent at client meetings and industry events in India and APAC.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions and share market intelligence.
Requirements
- Must be based in India with willingness to travel within India and occasionally APAC (~30%).
- 8+ years experience in sales, trading, or business development in financial institutions, crypto exchanges, or fintech.
- Proven track record with VIP derivatives traders and deep knowledge of derivatives markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex high-value deals independently.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
- Relationships with HNWIs or UHNWIs in India and APAC.
- Experience in prime brokerage, asset management, hedge funds, or institutional trading platforms.
- Familiarity with India’s crypto regulatory and market landscape.
