What you will do

• Lead EMEA security programs ensuring compliance with multiple regulatory frameworks and liaise with US shared services.
• Drive 1st- and 2nd-line security initiatives in risk, controls, and operations to meet business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Technology Risk teams to manage risks and evolve controls.
• Define and own program roadmaps, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and mitigate cross-functional blockers, presenting plans to senior leadership.
• Mentor and grow a diverse team of program managers and contractors across EMEA and support APAC buildout.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years in program/project management with 5+ years in security, risk, or compliance.
• Native-level English fluency required.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in regulated ecosystems such as fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DORA, BAIT, GDPR) and cybersecurity standards (NIST CSF, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Comfortable working in a distributed, multicultural environment across EMEA.

• Experience with security domains in M&A contexts.
• Use of automation or AI to accelerate program delivery.
• Exposure to all three lines of defense in financial services.
