Salary: $284,155–$334,300 USD annually plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and recruit top Growth PM talent to build a high-performing team.
• Set strategy and deliver impact for Acquisition & Activation across referrals, growth marketing, and SEO.
• Drive experimentation and measurement culture using funnel analytics, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Data, Design, Engineering, and Finance.
• Influence company-wide growth strategy by representing new customer and growth system perspectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with career progression
• Proven track record leading growth teams delivering business impact
• Strong analytical skills and product sense across strategy, experiment design, and UX
• Experience solving large-scale growth problems in consumer or prosumer products
• Passion for crypto, blockchain, and mission-driven work
