It Architect (Architecture): Designing and maintaining IT system architecture and implementing new technologies with an accent on business system architecture strategy and collaboration with teams. Focus on defining architecture strategy, exploring new technologies, and supporting IT project planning and implementation.

Location: Primarily office-based in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Kraków, Poland with hybrid work mode requiring minimum 10 days per month onsite

What you will do

• Develop strategy for business system architecture and maintain IT system architecture aligned with best practices.
• Explore and recommend new technologies and architecture models.
• Co-create development plans for architectural projects and promote architecture knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with teams during planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Maintain architecture repository and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years IT experience including 3 years in architecture role
• Experience in gaming or related industries and participation in IT/business strategy and transformation projects
• Advanced Polish and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of UML 2.0, BPMN, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and programming languages Java and Python
• Ability to define and implement architecture strategy and present concepts to non-IT stakeholders
• Understanding of architecture concepts in data warehousing, ERP, BPMS, ETL/ELT, HRM, BI, workflow, low-code/no-code platforms

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Google Workspace, Atlassian Stack
