What you will do

• Architect distributed systems optimized for scalability, resilience, and performance.
• Produce clear Architecture Design Documents and Architecture Decision Records.
• Advise developers on technology choices and validate implementations.
• Work on third-party data ingestion, analytics, and advanced data platforms.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Support strategic technology initiatives and optimize delivery performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Gdynia, Poland
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering distributed systems.
• Ability to write Architecture Decision Records and maintain design integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking is preferred.
