What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise AEs covering Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit accounts across North America.
  • Drive revenue growth in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
  • Establish clear sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management cadences.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain enterprise sales talent specialized in regulated environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Champion compliance and risk alignment essential to customer success in regulated sectors.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years managing Enterprise SaaS sales teams with complex, regulated sales motions.
  • Direct and recent experience leading U.S. Government sales (Federal, State & Local).
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and negotiation experience with government entities.
  • Experience coaching early-career Account Executives into enterprise-ready sellers.
  • Ability to maintain disciplined sales execution rhythms including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
