What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Enterprise AEs covering Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit accounts across North America.
- Drive revenue growth in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
- Establish clear sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management cadences.
- Recruit, develop, and retain enterprise sales talent specialized in regulated environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Champion compliance and risk alignment essential to customer success in regulated sectors.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years managing Enterprise SaaS sales teams with complex, regulated sales motions.
- Direct and recent experience leading U.S. Government sales (Federal, State & Local).
- Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations and negotiation experience with government entities.
- Experience coaching early-career Account Executives into enterprise-ready sellers.
- Ability to maintain disciplined sales execution rhythms including forecasting and pipeline management.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
