What you will do

• Partner with the Platform team to allocate resources and improve processes
• Measure effectiveness of the portfolio and identify growth-enabling opportunities
• Serve as a thought leader on business, product, and non-product opportunities
• Act as a key liaison between Platform organization and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in management consulting, tech, financial services, or fintech
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with technical and regulated areas such as payments and infrastructure
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated financial services businesses
• Engineering or technical background
