What you will do

• Drive adoption of AI agent Fin by automating and scaling customer support operations
• Embed with strategic customers to understand workflows and identify AI impact opportunities
• Guide customers on AI adoption best practices and measurement frameworks
• Partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless deployments and feedback loops
• Prototype and scale AI-driven data solutions to accelerate customer outcomes

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin or London with office presence at least three days per week
• Proven leadership in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with strategic and team management skills
• Strong customer empathy and executive communication to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience building and scaling AI/ML solutions, especially LLM and conversational AI
• Fluency in SQL and Python or R with strong analytical and statistical skills
• Experience evaluating and deploying LLM-driven AI systems with measurement and reliability focus

Nice to have

• Experience in technical consulting or customer-facing enterprise data roles
• Familiarity with SaaS platform deployments and customer experience tooling
