What you will do

• Design and architect scalable AdTech solutions including SSPs, DSP integrations, RTB pipelines, and analytics systems
• Lead architectural consistency and quality across multiple initiatives
• Stay updated with evolving AdTech standards and technologies
• Lead discovery, assessment, and pre-sales technical activities
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Mentor engineers and support team professional growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture roles
• Strong proficiency in C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js
• Experience designing high-load, low-latency, scalable cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)
• Proven consulting and client-facing presentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience in AdTech domain including SSP, DSP, header bidding, OpenRTB, and identity solutions
• Knowledge of real-time bidding systems and auction mechanics
• Familiarity with mobile ad delivery and SDK design
• Understanding of privacy-driven architectures and GDPR/CCPA compliance
