What you will do

  • Act as the central program manager for AI adoption across hirify.global, tracking timelines, metrics and deliverables.
  • Drive hands-on change management, including workshops, toolkits and enablement guides.
  • Coordinate with the learning and development and internal communications teams to ensure effective delivery of AI training and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external AI vendors such as OpenAI.
  • Monitor and report on adoption metrics to leadership.
  • Help to define internal best practices and processes around the use of generative AI tools.

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of experience in program or project management, specifically in cross-functional technology rollouts.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in change management (Prosci or ADKAR certification is a plus).
  • A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • The capability to work proactively and independently to drive outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with a wide range of teams.
  • A genuine passion for generative AI and experience as a power user of AI tools.
  • Excellent organization skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English
