Location: Hybrid with work-from-home options from Austria and 30 days/year remote work from any EU country

Salary: €60,000 gross per annum starting

What you will do

• Develop and implement Appian solutions following best practices
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, API developers, and testers in an international Scrum team
• Support UX topics to enhance user experience
• Integrate REST-based APIs and work within microservice architectures
• Resolve stakeholder issues and understand their views

Requirements

• Location: Work-from-home options from Austria and remote work from any EU country
• 3+ years professional experience in BPMS, DMS, or workflow development
• 1+ years experience in Appian implementation and methodology
• Experience with REST API integration and microservices
• Agile mindset with practical Scrum/Kanban experience
• English language proficiency at least B2

• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira
