• Manage HR governance and data security, ensuring compliance and access control in Workday.
• Lead data quality management and maintain HR reporting dashboards.
• Drive HR process improvements and digital transformation projects.
• Develop and deliver training and change management for HR and management teams.
• Coordinate internal HR communications and update process documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Saint-Denis, France
• Master's degree in HR, data, or digital transformation.
• Strong experience in HR project management, data governance, and digital tools (Workday).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (B2) and ability to work in an international environment.
