What you will do

• Design and build core Salesforce platform functionality and integrations with other business systems.
• Lead collaboration efforts to help business teams leverage Salesforce effectively.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data designs and specifications.
• Own the process for design, testing, building, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in IT Portfolio Working Group to align Salesforce strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of Salesforce development experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, security, governance, and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce Portal, Service Console, Lightning components, Triggers, SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
• Experience with ReactJS and JQuery is a plus.
• Location: Based in Bengaluru, India.
