Betby is an international B2B product company building next-generation betting software.
We develop a high-performance platform that serves millions of users, supports thousands of live events and hundreds of sports, enabling operators worldwide to launch modern, scalable, and data-driven betting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear, structured, and accurate documentation for APIs, product features, integrations, internal tools, and services
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, support teams, and trading teams to gather information
- Translate complex technical concepts and betting logic into accessible documentation for internal and external audiences
- Prepare release notes, feature descriptions, onboarding guides, workflows, and integration instructions
- Шdentify missing documentation, propose improvements, and proactively clarify requirements
Ensure consistency and quality of documentation across teams and projects
Understand the high-level architecture of the platform to determine which teams, components, and services must be involved in different features or projects
Requirements
- Proven experience or deep understanding of the sports betting domain — this is a must
- Understanding of client–server–database interaction principles and web-service architecture
(enough to follow solution logic and identify the required components and teams)
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong command of English (for writing documentation and cross-team communication)
- Fluency in Russian for daily collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clarify requirements with subject-matter experts
- Strong information-structuring abilities
- Fast learner with the ability to use available resources and consult experts when needed
