Location: Hybrid in Brno, Czech Republic with at least 2 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to extract business value from data
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify AI/ML opportunities
• Work extensively with large-scale text processing, NLP, and LLM technologies
• Build end-to-end machine learning solutions focusing on data quality and cleanliness
• Adapt and explore new AI/ML research and application areas as the product evolves

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
• Available to work onsite in Brno at least 2 days a week
• Proficient in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace
• Understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and fine-tuning
• Experience or strong interest in large language models and document-based data processing
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
