What you will do

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing operations in Korea including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with global Performance Marketing team to manage Korea’s paid media budget and align strategy.
• Localize go-to-market communications and lead customer-facing messaging with Product Marketing.
• Manage local agency relationships and coordinate with Korea Sales teams to align marketing with business demands.
• Plan and execute demand generation and nurture campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Oversee content localization pipeline with the Global Localization team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Seoul, South Korea
• English: Fluent verbal and written communication required
• Korean: Native-level proficiency required
• Strong hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and campaign management, preferably in B2B or tech industry.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing and sales tools such as CRM and marketing automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in both in-house and agency environments.
• Understanding of SaaS or gaming/tech ecosystems.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers.
