What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Consulting team with clear expectations and career development.
- Own pre-sales responsibilities including demos, ROI models, RFPs, and discovery sessions.
- Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership for capacity planning and GTM integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Establish processes, tools, and knowledge management systems for Solutions Consulting.
- Track and report on team impact and continuously improve solutioning frameworks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA.
- 8+ years in Solutions Consulting or related roles and 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience building and scaling Solutions Consulting or pre-sales functions.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and technical depth.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
