What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solutions Consulting team with clear expectations and career development.
  • Own pre-sales responsibilities including demos, ROI models, RFPs, and discovery sessions.
  • Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership for capacity planning and GTM integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Establish processes, tools, and knowledge management systems for Solutions Consulting.
  • Track and report on team impact and continuously improve solutioning frameworks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA.
  • 8+ years in Solutions Consulting or related roles and 5+ years in leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling Solutions Consulting or pre-sales functions.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and technical depth.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
