Product Manager

Location: Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarus; hybrid workplace

Compensation: $30 net sports compensation per month

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy focused on sustainable growth.
• Research customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to take initiatives from idea to launch.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market insights, and business priorities.
• Manage stakeholders, gather requirements, communicate progress, and resolve concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor product KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV, and other product metrics.
• Experience planning and running A/B tests and using data to guide product decisions.
• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and their impact on product development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, balance competing interests, and make decisions when priorities conflict.
• English at B2 level or higher for professional communication.
