What you will do

  • Own new user acquisition strategy across paid marketing, SEO, GEO, and more.
  • Design, run, and scale growth experiments across acquisition and in-product activation funnels.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, and partnerships.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to design in-product growth loops and onboarding flows.
  • Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs with dashboards and analysis.
  • Research and test new channels, tactics, and tools to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG).
  • Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4).
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to launch and measure campaigns quickly.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales teams.
