What you will do
- Own new user acquisition strategy across paid marketing, SEO, GEO, and more.
- Design, run, and scale growth experiments across acquisition and in-product activation funnels.
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, and partnerships.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to design in-product growth loops and onboarding flows.
- Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs with dashboards and analysis.
- Research and test new channels, tactics, and tools to stay ahead.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG).
- Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4).
- Creative, resourceful, and able to launch and measure campaigns quickly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales teams.
