• Design, build, and automate evaluation pipelines for speech and multimodal models.
• Create tooling for safe, versioned, privacy-aware dataset curation.
• Prototype, train, and deploy voice models for real-time companion experiences.
• Scale training and inference for LLM-class workloads.
• Implement monitoring and live evaluations to surface quality regressions.
• Move quickly from ideas to production while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Expert-level PyTorch experience.
• Proven software engineering skills with a focus on ML.
• Hands-on experience with large language models.
• Expertise in designing evaluation metrics.
• Deep knowledge of the ML lifecycle.
• History of shipping complex user-facing ML projects.
