Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for tracing, monitoring, and evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure performance and maintainability.
• Optimize storage and query performance for high-volume observability data.
• Ensure system reliability through testing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in specified cities
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Go and strong API design skills.
• Experience with high-throughput or mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
