Salary: $145,000-$195,000 USD

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the core abstractions and runtime of the hirify.global and langgraph Python packages
• Enhance documentation for integrations and usage
• Answer user questions and resolve issues
• Build example applications using hirify.global
• Contribute as a core maintainer to open source projects

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA or Boston, MA (SF preferred)
• 5+ years of software engineering or applied machine learning experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
• Ownership mindset with efficient and effective work management
