What you will do

• Develop, test, and roll out new features and functionalities in the OneStream XF financial consolidation application.
• Provide first-level operational support and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Engage with end users to collect feedback, guide usage, and organize user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze financial business processes and translate user needs into system solutions.
• Ensure process enhancements, standardizations, and automation within the financial consolidation system.
• Collaborate with a global team of application architects and engineers to maintain system stability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, India or able to work in hybrid mode.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, IT, or similar field.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for innovative solutions.
• Experience or interest in financial consolidation systems such as OneStream, HFM, or Cognos is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial reporting processes including forecasting.
• Programming knowledge in VB.net and SQL understanding is a plus.
• Excellent written English skills for high-quality documentation and communication.
