It System Analyst

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, Vietnam

What you will do

• Participate in workshops to draft system design documents and business narratives with stakeholders.
• Create functional and change requests including integration, reporting, and new system functions.
• Configure systems, develop reports, and perform unit and system testing.
• Provide training and support during user acceptance testing and go-live phases.
• Deliver first-level technical support and coordinate with multiple technology teams.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate system maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in system implementation or development.
• Good command of English and ability to work independently.
• Experience with supply chain core systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, CMS.
• Programming skills including Excel VBA and Power-BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Experience working in global corporations coordinating onsite and offsite teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
