What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from data exploration to production deployment and monitoring
• Design and implement generative AI solutions including RAG systems, safety guardrails, and cost optimization for LLMs
• Develop traditional ML models for forecasting, recommendation, and real-time inference APIs
• Establish MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining pipelines
• Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and collaborate across business and engineering teams
• Drive adoption of emerging AI tools and methodologies across teams

Requirements

• Must be located in Bengaluru or Pune, India with hybrid work flexibility
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions with production deployment at scale
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services
• Experience with LLM frameworks, generative AI, and MLOps tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives and translate technical outputs to business insights
