What you will do

• Design and optimize data models and large-scale datasets performance.
• Drive migration from legacy databases to modern platforms like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
• Monitor system performance with observability tools like Grafana to improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support, incident management, and database maintenance.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in India (Bengaluru or Pune)
• Strong experience with SQL Server (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Expertise in ETL, data modelling, and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with database migration and cloud-native solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, DevOps, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stateful sets in Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI agents and workflow.
• Certifications in cloud or database technologies.
