What you will do

• Provide pre-sales support including responding to RFQs/RFPs and assisting sales with solution presentations.
• Manage IT project deliverables across logistics systems and coordinate with multiple technology teams.
• Perform business and system analysis including drafting requirements, system configuration, testing, and training.
• Deliver first-level technical support and post-production system stability assurance.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate audits ensuring compliance with system and security requirements.
• Ensure proper quoting and billing of change requests from external customers in coordination with account management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Binh Duong, Vietnam
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5-7 years IT experience with 4+ years in system implementation and digitalization.
• Knowledge of supply chain execution and core systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, CMS.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Programming skills including at least one coding language, Excel VBA, and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Experience in various IT roles including developer, team lead, BA, project manager, or IT manager.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Experience working in global corporations coordinating onsite and offsite teams.
