What you will do

• Build and scale core systems for an AI-powered consumer product
• Prototype and deploy new features and experiments rapidly
• Apply latest LLM and AI research directly to the product
• Identify and solve technical bottlenecks with scalable solutions
• Engage in growth hacking and user behavior experiments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape roadmap and culture

Requirements

• Located in or open to relocating to San Francisco Bay Area
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science from top-tier programs preferred
• 3–5 years hands-on engineering experience (backend, fullstack, or systems)
• Strong passion for AI, human-computer interaction, and virtual experiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset with product ownership from idea to launch
• Experience using AI tools like LLMs and Copilot to enhance output

Nice to have

• Experience at early-stage startups or building 0→1 products
• Background in consumer AI, social apps, gaming, or emotional tech
• Growth experimentation and data-driven feature launch experience
• History of side projects, indie apps, or creator work
